Generally your final mix and master will return back to your emails 1-2 days max after your session. You will still go home with a rough copy to hear back on what you've completed.

Payments can be made via our invoice system before/ after your session.
All sessions must have a 50% deposit to lock in your time. Once your session commences, the remaining 50% must be paid before your session.
All bookings for sessions are final, and we maintain a strict no-refunds policy. Once a session is scheduled and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you cancel your session, your deposit will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, the deposit will become non-refundable. This ensures that time slots and resources are reserved exclusively for you. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.
